the Land Transport Authority Website.

The Land Transport Authority (LTA) is a Public Beneficial Body established on 1 December 2008.

It brings together the Road Asset Management and Road Use Management functions previously carried out by the Ministry of Works, Transport and Infrastructure and the Transport Control Board.

Mandated by the Land Transport Authority Act 2007, our prime objective is to provide a safe and environmentally friendly land transportation network for Samoa.

This website provides information about the LTA’s services as well as contacts.
